Hank Capps, MD
Founding Partner
A physician, healthcare executive, and founding partner of Seny Advisory. At Wellstar, he led enterprise technology and a multi-year digital transformation, guided a billion dollar academic medical center acquisition, and founded Catalyst by Wellstar, a $100M multi-sector early stage venture fund. Previously, Dr. Capps served in senior executive leadership roles at Novant Health including leading operations for a 2,500-provider medical group and later launching digital health companies. Board-certified family physician, AAFP Fellow, and Georgia CIO of the Year.
Alexis Lally Churchill, MBA
Founding Partner
A healthcare technology strategist and founding partner of Seny Advisory. She managed a $300M technology portfolio at Wellstar, led a technology portfolio at Optum, consulted for national health systems at PwC specializing in revenue cycle operations, and led a global implementation at CARE across 40 countries. A 2025 Aspen Ideas Health Fellow and University of Alabama MIS Advisory board member.
Jaimie Clark, MEI
Founding Partner
A healthcare venture strategist and founding partner of Seny Advisory. As operating architect of Catalyst by Wellstar's $100M fund, she oversaw 26 investments and launched two AI-native companies from concept to market. Previously in digital health product and portfolio roles at Novant Health. Named to Modern Healthcare's 40 Under 40 in 2024, Powerful Women of ATL Tech in 2026, and a board member at Venture Atlanta.
